Many have noted that the USGS site has been stuck at 57 CFS For more than a week now despite the obvious increase in flow. I messages the isle manager. Here is his reply:
"Thank you for your observations. It is impossible for me to tell from the graph what might be happening.
I will let the Sacramento field office know of this potential problem.

The water gauge is probably twenty years old. USGS probably doesn't have any money to fix it. Flow change today. Otter flow estimate is about 60-70 cfs.
