Things are looking good for the Truckee , lets hope they dont fall apart . Found a place to stay for 119.00 for 3 nights  . Lets hope the weather and the flows holds blankstare

well got back from the truckee Friday about 10 pm , I just couldn't stand it . three days with out another soul to talk to  , Well i am  sure you all are wondering how i did . I was starting to worry  with all the snow i ran into on the way up.  stopped in truckee got some coffee then checked into my room geared up and started to fish about  3  in the snow,  no worrys  just kept fishing and finally hooked up around 5 just above the bridge  3 to 4 pds  what a beuty   and that was it  . for the next three days  zilch . the reports I heard were right the fish would be few and far between  but heavy   .  next time ill bring a friend . then at least  ill have someone to take a pic

Done a few 10 day solo trips, Can't say I mind it one bit !
