I have a used TFO Signature 7'6" 2pc 3wt rod, with Ross Flywater 1 reel, with line and backing for sale. This is TFO's entry level rod (lifetime warranty), and the Ross Flywater was Ross's high end entry level reel, and was replaced by the Flyrise. The Ross Flywater also has the same drag system as the higher end reels (lifetime warranty as well). The set up is in used condition, but works flawlessly. This setup as landed 8" golden trout all the way up to 25" macs, steelhead, browns and rainbows. Good little package for a cheap price.
