My wife and I have a house on Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland on the way to Yosemite.  "A Big House On the Lake" is in the cove across from the marina with a dock, canoe, 2 man kayak, 85' of lake front, and over 3700 square feet of living space and a two car garage.  Rentals are handled through a local property manager, photos and rental info is at http://yosemiteregionresorts.com/96950.htm

The private lake is stocked with trout, produces 10-12 lb bass every year, and is within a short drive of the various forks of the Tuolumne. This is a great place to go with a couple of families, it has 5 bedrooms, sleeps 12 with everyone in a real bed, and there's something for everyone to do:  Golf course, stables with riding lessons & horse back riding, beaches during the summer months, a community pool and more.  The house itself has 3 tvs, ping pong table, arcade quality foosball, Easton Air Hockey table, pool table, big decks overlooking the lake, two wet bars, two refrigerators, and lots of space.

$400 / night (July 4th weekend $450/night, perfect for watching the fireworks display), 7 day min in summer and 2 day min during the off season (pay for 2 nights, get the 3rd night free). 

We just bought the place last summer so the schedule right now is wide open for the peak periods.  The house has been a big hit with everyone that has stayed there so far.
