I bought some Metz 2.3 mm (3/32") black tungsten beads.  The holes in the beads were too small to fit onto a #16 3769 Tiemco hook.  This had never happened to me before.  I sent a email to Umqua with my complaint and they not only sent be a new package of beads, but also a package of #16 3769 hooks.  The customer service rep had threaded a couple of beads onto the hooks just to make sure that they fit.  I thought that this was being VERY responsive!  Kudos to Umqua.
