You may have better luck finding a size 8 men's boot. It has the same length as a size 9 women's boot, but it has more overall volume.
If you are looking for cheap, search for Hodgeman's products. Hodgeman is discontinuing a lot of its 2010 products. Many tackle shops and general sporting goods stores carries Hodgeman. You may be able to Hodgeman products on its own website.
