Well i cant live like this anymore.... I know the tide and water conditions are not the best but im headin out this afternoon to throw some flies for these Stripers, got a hot tip that they are holding up, up riverhmm. We will see.... Will report back tomarrow.

Well i got out there about 4:30 and started up by Imola Bridge and fished all the way down to about 29 bridge with a big zero, water temp was any where from 53 up river to 56 down river. the water was clear up river and more muddy as i drifted down. just not time yet...

I think April and then in oct. are the best times for stripers. Then summer time if you want surf stripers.

Oh yeah for sure... but last year we did good all summer long. Striper count for last summer:442

Is it possible to fish from the shore from Imola Bridge down to JFk park, and if so it is productive?
