I finally decided to stop working around the clock and spend some time standing in the middle of a river waving a stick around. Richard, Sarah, and I hit a "top secret" (not really) spot on Putah and we all had a good afternoon. We ran in to JL on his way out too - hopefully he'll share his adventure.
After a month or so of no fishing (hell - I was getting the shakes towards the end), it felt good to come back to Putah and see that it's fishing well.
I hope you all take a break from work and feel some tight lines
