me and my cousin are planning a little get away and we want to catch some fish, but where to go?? we are going for 4 or 5 days in the middle of june. we want to go to a place where we hike in, to a river/creek/lake and catch some trout. we have all the time on our hands so driving is not a problem. We want to catch some nice sized fish and have a good time. any suggestions??

Fishing isn't a matter of life and death....
It's much more important.
north fork of the american, this next one u might want to ask shaun where me and him went, i want to say middle fork or south fork of the stan, 14.7 mile drive down and its just u and the river, lots of river to walk as well, ur about 6 miles or so away from the dam, the forks of the feather, oh ya STONEY CREEK should be money late june, thats a place that has lots of potential and lots of hicking. i want to get out there more this yr as well. hwy 5 to maxwell, and then drive and drive and drive and drive, its out past east park res (think thats the name). those are a few ideas.

Fishing isnt about catching fish, its not about who caught the most, or who caught the biggest, its about the experience that you have on the water, and the life long bonds you make with others on the journey to becoming a better person inside.
