does anyone know what was being discused or taught up at putah creek saturday morning around ten a.m near parking lot 5 drove in saw a license plate saying something about fly tying but did,nt stop Ihad taken a fall and was totally wet from fishing in the rain and falling in the river so I didn,t stop . But curiousitys killing me.So,s my spelling ha ha. anybody have a clue . There must have been fifteen to twenty guys some with pen and paper siting at tables with cabanas set up over the tables . any one have a clue?confuse

I believe Putah Creek Trout was having a meeting up at access 1.  I'm not sure what about the content, but I know Bob mentioned one of the things they were going to discuss was their recent attempt to have putah creek designated as a wild trout creek, barbless & artificial year round.

We were at Access 1 holding our quarterly meeting under a temporary rain shelter. We will have a summary to post later on. Out of our discussions will come a number of volunteer opportunities for those that may be interested. We have a core group of dedicated volunteers, but we will need many more.

thanks for the information im shure you guys are right ; Im shure you guys are right i talked to greg after my post and he said the same thing. maybe next time ill decide not to go swimming while fishing ha ha . and ill be in the mood to stop in and listen in thanks againconfuse
