First time to Putah

Just moved to the area from Mississippi. Did most of my fishing on the White River system in Arkansas (Little Red, Norfork, White). Decided to give Putah a try. You guys have a real gem. I hooked 4 about the size of the one below but was only able to land this beauty.  See you on the water.

what a beauty. It usually takes more than one go at putah to unlock some of its secrets but it look like you got it dialed in on the first time. Putah will throw alot more at you so be ready for it!

Great fish for sure,but I need to repeat the concern of pacrat and not really wanting to beat a dead horse but please do not lay fish in the dirt or mud,really not good for em. Welcome to Putah and congrats. Bono

Congrats.  You're a lot better angler than I am.  It took me years of fishing Putah before I caught a fish like that.
