When I use the link to check on the flow, I see that there has not been an update since 12/9. Anyone have any idea what the problem is?

No idea what the problem is. But i'm pretty sure the flows ae back to 90. Infact its about time to go find out first hand. Looks like a nice day to fish.

I know this sounds paranoid, but I think they are trying to ruin the fishing on Putah with their flow manipulation.   I can't think of any other reason for drastic drops in flows every few days.

Can anyone else?

The poor fish don't have a chance to spawn with this kind of random manipulation of the water flows.   That seems for sure!

Part of SCWA spawning study? Multiple flow changes occurred last year as well.

SCWA is required to "pulse" flows downstream of the diversion dam starting in December to attract salmon.  It was part of a settlement stemming from a lawsuit over flows in the lower creek.  The question I have is whether they have the ability to keep the interdam relatively constant and pulse from the diversion dam.
