Even if that fish was chrome, I wouldn't want to hook into that! That fish looks like it could have been a drag burner. Hopefully we get to see more big brutes like that in the future.
has anyone fished battle creek for steelhead, and if so is it any good.

Right back at you Aaron, that was fun. And yes, I got wet. I finally gave up after it took me 10 minutes, in gale force winds and rains, to tie up after losing yet another entire set-up to a salmon. That and I started feeling like the priest in caddyshack...
