rod repair question ???

Yesterday I was fishing and the threaded part of the reel seat came off my rod. I stuck it back on and it seems ok but I want to glue it to be sure. Any suggestions on what a profesional rod builder would use ? This was pretty disapointing since this is a very expensive fly rod. It has a lifetime warranty but doing without my favorite rod this time of year is not an option.

heya capy    first of all what came off ?? or did it break off???? if it came off clean off area with sand paper.as for the threaded part clean off with s/p. get some 2 part epoxy mix equal parts apply to the barrel / inside twist as you put it on..clean off  with with lacgure thinner do the same with butt cap.. have any problems ill be here.....

thats right capy....iv built maybe couple  dozen..i might no a thing or 2....all by trial an error....and help fr. some old timers....
