I believe one leg of the bicycle race is going to pass Putah Creek from Napa to Winters on Tuesday next week. Just a head's up to everyone. Will they close the road? I just happened to talk with someone about the race and found out about the course.
They did the same course last year and it was televised in the evening on the Outdoor chanell.Most of the telecast was of the beginning and at the end when they were entering Sacramento, none of Hwyi28 around the creek or around Winters showed up. I don't know if the highway was closed.
