Fished a spot at buck tail that we have nicked named the circle of trust...got into 3 fish there all on a yellow golden stone..moved down river a bit and fished just above the campgrounds at steelbridge and found one more fish.It was a tagged wild buck and now Iam 10 dollars richer...My good freind JW jumped one nice steelie during the second half of the day...Iam sure he would of had a few more fish if he didnt take a long nap in that chair along the river.. Fishing was slow for us ,but a few other reports we heard were very good..water had a little color to it, due to the warmer weather and all the snow melt. The river banks were coverd in at least a foot of snow which makes for some tough hiking and cold feet... Mr. 29 Incher how was the sledding...
sweet post bro, man i cant wait to fish the trinity. i really need to get up there. i have heard they are gettin a new push of salmon and steelie up there. is this true.

No more salmon till next season...A small number of wild steehead will come for the next month..peak season was nov and dec this year...you will start to catch a handful of downed steelies as they make there way back out and a few still working there way up...thats about it for this run of fish on the trinity...
well guess i wont waste a trip then, ill keep fishing the AR, hey mx19 when you comming out this way.
