Frog thankyou for posting this. I am going to send off a letter for sure. I think we need more wardens. Maby for the next two months the American should go single barbless catch and release only for the whole river. Like putah.

I think its hard for them to distinguish the snaggers from the law abiding fishermen when the season is open. With it closed, its easier to enforce.
