In the Fresno area, the hatchery has started planting 10lb trouts into the rivers of San Joaquin below Millerton Lake and the Kings River below Pine Flat Dam. For anyone who will be going out, good luck fighting the crowd. I heard it's been crowded, almost like salmon fishing. People are shoulder to shoulder fighting for a spot to fish. Again, good luck.
