hi everyone -- this is a cool website/message board you have.
while searching around, I noticed an old post on float tubing in the upper part of Solano lake.  my questions is, is now a productive time to do that, or have the fish mostly moved up higher in the river?  any insight is helpful.
thanks,
matt

Welcome, mk.  Now that the flows have dropped, you won't find me in a float tube for a while.  There are lots of spots that are wadable now that haven't been since early spring.  I guess you could be successful in a float tube, but I would stick to the creek.

Matt:Welcome aboard and thanks for the compliment,I'll have to agree with JT but I will still float tube the lake during the winter months just to change the pace a bit,a person can work the weed beds with more success because they are a bit more exposed and thats where the bigger fish tend to lurk.
