I am dropping by tomorrow for the day and wanted some good intel on where to fish. Usually in the winter I do not drop much past the bridge, sometimes about a mile past.
Anyone have a good thought for fishing in late summer. Deep pools, close to the dam, the bridge?
Thanks for the intel, makes the day go by faster with it.
where ever you can get your fly wet, everything is good fishing right now, just keep an eye on the water, under the water and under the rocks to see whats hatchin

Fishing isnt about catching fish, its not about who caught the most, or who caught the biggest, its about the experience that you have on the water, and the life long bonds you make with others on the journey to becoming a better person inside.

I don't fish near the bridge any more...it's over rated, over fished and over crowded. I like #5 and a few secret spots in between.
As for the Upper SAC, the situation in Mexico just went "Nuclear" with a Mexican gun boat being moved into our white shark site last week. Actually the whole amazing island (Isla Guadalupe) belongs to Mexico so they can do with it as they like...and right now it is to hassel the American shark boats who are there.
Long story-I need to be close to the office this week.
Short story-NEXT week I will be on the Upper SAC for 5 glorious days, dammit!
