Funny thought that ran through my head the other day.  I would find it interesting to hear about all the different kinds of occupation everyone does.

Stoner...

Ha ha ha J/k I work at Outdoor Davis, it is kinda like a mini REI. I'm also an English major with a Nature and Culture minor at UCD. What am I doing with my degree you ask? Becoming a full time trout bum!! I'm going to guide school in Montana this spring and from there hopefully working the summer at a lodge somewhere. After that I just can't say, but you can bet I'll be catching trout!

High school science teacher, Avanced Placement Environmental Science and Biology. I went to Humbold State to major in hunting and fishing and found a way to stay in the field and get paid for it. I have been working with high school students sharing my passion for nature(and flyfishing) for over 30 years.

Brian my wife has a buddy who guides up in washington state, and he got into it just by continuing to fish a river and talking with guys at the local fly shop. After a while they just offered him a job.
