Deer Creek along Highway 32 is a nice place to fish.� It is very pretty and the highway follows the creek for about 10 miles so there is plenty of access.� I have only fished it in the spring and dries worked very well.� I would guess this time of year would be excellent as well.

fished Deer Creek last Saturday, and we had a beautiful day!� Lots of fish, especially in the evening, though none over about 8 to 9" and even managed to catch one that fit on the palm of my hand on a dry.�

Beautiful place, great access and hardly anyone was around.� Thanks for the suggestion.

That definitely sounds like Deer Creek.� There are some particularly small browns up at the top end.

elk Hair Caddis, PMD, and most other small dries light in color.� During the day i caught some on Midge pupa and copper beadhead nymphs below an indicator.
