No J.T, as much as I wanted to, I needed the extra time to study. After finals I will surely find time to float tube Solano. I've been meaning to ask you what the recipe you reccomend for the micromay; do you use a bead like the Mercer pattern?

Just got back from a 3 hr. session at the creek got 2 in up to 15" and lost/missed 4 others. one snapped my 6x in the blink of an eye, this fished smashed a #18PT on the swing. That and a #20 black midge got the hits today.

fishrmn,
I do use a bead on the micromay.  Everything else is like Mercer's.  However, I'm usually too lazy to add the epoxy.  The fish don't seem to mind, though.

MattR,
It sounds like you had some fun.  The fishing has been fishing pretty tough, so it's always nice to haul in a few.  What did that black midge look like?
