It looks like the flows are back up in the 60's.  It seems like they fluctuate quite a bit around the weekend.  During the week, it seems that they've been more stable.  I just checked the lake capacity and it's about 93% full and still rising slowly.

Where are you finding your info on the lake levels JT?

The site that I use for the flows on the creek is:
http://cdec2.water.ca.gov/cgi-progs/queryFx?PUT

For data on the lake, I use the following site:
http://cdec.water.ca.gov/cgi-progs/queryDaily?BER

To find the percent of capacity of the lake, divide the current amount of water (in acre-feet) by the lake's capacity (1602000 acre-feet).  Then, multiply that number by 100.

They don't always update the page with the lake data, though.
