Creative Sports in Pleasant Hill ... could use a good turn!

Times are hard for small fly shops. Creative Sports is no exception. The internet is great, but without these small, privately held businesses our sport some how seems to move into an odd place. I for one, enjoy being able to actually speak to someone with real, on the water credibility when I buy fly fishing stuff.

For years now, Jamie Burman has been one of those guys for me!

Below is the text from the GoFundMe account created in an effort to save this business. I don't take posting here lightly. As a former retailer, I understand the many challenges a shop keeper faces. I've chosen to support Jamie in several ways at this time. If any of this resonates with you, please consider going by his shop, or contributing to this GoFundMe account.  Many thanks for your consideration.  Ed Justus

"Creative Sports is in need of funding to keep the doors open. After a very dry winter, we have lost business to lack of rain and fishing activity.  The winter months are the slowest business for this small one man operation. We did not have much Steelhead fishing this winter which really put us upside down with rent and stocking the store for spring.  I wouldn't create this page unless I was desperate.  Please do what you can as I love my shop and everything that happens in it. Thank you sincerely, Jamie Burman and family."

Thanks Ed, I live in the neighborhood and would hate to see Jamie go. It make a world of difference talking to someone in person and the stuff in his shop is high quality. Any chance this could be posted in the general fly fishing forum? It would probably get a lot more views that way

Hey there. Supporting local businesses like Creative Sports is crucial for maintaining the fabric of our community. It's tough seeing these gems struggle, especially when they offer such personalized expertise. I've personally benefited from Jamie's knowledge and service.

If you're looking to contribute, consider popping into the shop or donating to their GoFundMe. Every bit helps keep these important resources alive.

By the way, if you're into sports and looking for quality supplements, I've found HGH from https://www.hghworld.top/for-joints-ligaments-tendons to be a game-changer for recovery and performance. Check them out if you're in need of genuine products backed by solid results.
