Saw this in the news.  apparently they’ve been spotted in Fresno, Stanislaw and Merced 

counties.  Anyone who sees them should report it to CDFW.  Don’t know if it would affect valley fisheries

or if they’re more of a wetland/Marsh threat but thought I’d share.

Here come a bunch of hicks blasting otters and muskrats in the delta... Maybe they will control the freaking hyacinth!!!
