In the last month I went to putah on two occasions, Not fishing just kinda hiking around checking things out. I came across several people bait fishing, They were all just ill informed of the regs. Mostly just some family types enjoying some fishing. I informed them, And they all quickly left. I'm just surprised that this still happens as much as it does.
In April I found a new, empty cardboard container labeled "One Dozen Nightcrawlers" along the shore at Access 4. No one in sight to make aware of the regulations.
