Lost Wedding Band

I was out on Putah Creek today for my first time and I lost my wedding band just downstream of the bridge between the river right first and second riffle. I was  no further out then 15 ft from the river right bank. If anyone happens across it, please shoot me an email at sec35@humboldt.edu. My wife and I would be incredibly grateful if it was returned. Here is a map of the location (https://goo.gl/maps/ikTzb). Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Cheers,

Shaun

Bummer Shaun. Did you loose it in the water or on land?

Maybe rent or borrow a metal detector?
Water is pretty low now

I'm pretty sure I lost it on the water. I was pretty conscious of making sure it was on and around noon when we stopped for lunch was when I realized it was gone. I appreciate people taking the time to read this and ask questions. My buddy and I are planning another trip out there in a couple of weeks, I'm sure I'll spend some time looking for it then.

Between the first and second riffle as in the long shallow tailout?

I'm in the trades and almost hung myself twice with my wedding ring, it now resides on one of my toes. It makes it kind of hard to loose.

If it makes you feel better there was a good friend of ours here at Leland that lost his wedding band there many years ago and actually found it himself months later. No joke, very strange to hear of this twice. FYI, the guy is still married.
