I can't remember exactly where I picked them up, practically in the creek, maybe somewhere between accesses 2 and 3.  Black Revo brand with an orange neoprene strap.  I drove around with them for a while before I remembered I had them, so I put them on the angler survey box at access 5.  I hope the owner sees this and can grab them before someone else does.
