Euro nymphing rod suggestions?

I have the Euro nymphing bug. I'm contemplating buying a more specialized rod to match the style. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions? I'm Looking at 10' 3 or 4 weights. I want to do Polish/Czech short line as well as French/Spanish longer line casting. I am not going to spend more than $400 on this rod so rods such as the Sage ESN series will not fit the bill unless they are on a serious sale. I've looks at Greys Streamflex XF2, Cabellas CXN, Orvis Access. Thanks for any help. Dan

Scott's A4 series is in that range, and they make a nice 10ft 6wt I've been eyeing for nymphing. I primarily fish with a 9ft 6wt and all I really want to change about it is add an extra foot to help with further tightline approaches and doing huge mends. This is a little heavier than what you want, but the places I nymph most (Yuba and Putah) have strong fish and lots of wind. The extra weight can be nice for when there's too much wind and you need to ditch all tightline nymphing approaches (because your leader is being blown all around) and indicator fish, doing huge mends and roll casts with weight, etc. I can't imagine doing that with a 4wt... 5wt maybe, but not with wind. That said, Sage's ESN rod doesn't go up to 6wt! You could carry two rods, one for each, but if I carry two I want one to be rigged for fishing dry flies.

I got the tightline bug too. It's crazy effective — I feel like I just vacuum spots of fish. Although the Yuba flows are high, so a lot of LDRs.

I think ECHO now has longer euro nymph rods in your price range.

Get the Greys stream flex. I think it retails for $385 and is just what you are looking for in a czech nyphing rod. I got one a few months ago and love everything about it.
