I was making up a batch of this z-poxy 5 minute epoxy stuff and I thought it is supposed to be clear.  I followed the directions and made up a few batches.  All of it turned out a milky white, even when dried.  I bought the stuff at Sweeney's, seems pretty straight forward from the directions.

Anbody have any thoughts or expierence with this stuff??

It's frustrating when you tie up a batch of flies then dab this stuff on hoping it will clear up... and it doesn't! disbelief

I have bought a batch of that (Z-poxy)from Sweeny's ....but never used it. (I will report back when I have!!??). I planed to to use use it for epoxy head streamers and never quite got to that project!!! However Bob (from Sweeny's) turned me onto a product called Liquid Fusion (Clear urethane glue). It is awsome ...I use it mainly for various poxy back nymphs and it works really well. No mixing just dab it on directly out of the bottle and it has always dried crystal clear for me. Takes a little longer to set up and is best left over night but for me it has worked really well.

Anyway just my ten cents hope this helps.

Cheers

Alastair
